What is CTF?
CTF is a shared, free, open framework that any platform can adopt, any professional federation can adapt, and any practitioner can read and verify.
It articulates how an AI coaching agent should be designed, tested, deployed and supervised — so that the people who use it can trust what is being offered to them.
Three principles
Inductive
A deliberately minimal common core, declined per professional federation. The core grows only by absorbing what has been observed to be common across multiple implementations.
Examinable
Empirical evidence is a structural object. Helper agents are sollicited and inspectable. Supervision is tripartite by design.
Common good
The founding principle: the common good prevails over any organization, including any organization that might one day steward this standard.
